Introduction: Vegetable Omelette
Making a healthy and filling breakfast when time is tight always results in unnecessary stress. However, a fast, filling and delicious omelette with vegetables can remove that problem from your life. Step 1: Gathering Materials
In order to create the omelette, you will need the following products:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 stick of green onion
- 2-3 champignons (common mushrooms)
- 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Making the omelette requires around 20 minutes. For optimal taste, use organic products.
Step 2: Whisking Eggs
Take a bowl and a fork. Crack 2 eggs on the side of the bowl and whisk until the mixture is a smooth yellow. Ensure that no egg shell particles have fallen into the mixture. The best whisking technique with a fork is inserting the fork into the egg yolk and beginning to whisk from there.
Step 3: Vegetables
Wash your mushrooms, tomatoes and onion. Now, cut up the tomatoes into small quarters and insert into the egg mixture. Whisk the tomato quarters around add salt and pepper into the mixture. Whisk the mixture more until the salt and pepper are evenly spread around. Next, cut up the onion in wheels, add into the mixture and whisk. Lastly, cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add them into the mixture. Whisk the mixture around to ensure that all components are spread evenly.
Step 4: Cooking
Set the stove to medium temperature and let your pan heat up. Next, add 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan and let it spread evenly on the pan surface. Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan and close it with a lid.
After 7 minutes, check whether one side of the omelette has cooked and flip the omelette. Let the other side cook for 30 seconds with the lid closed.
Step 5: Completion
Upon completion of the omelette, transfer it onto a plate. Eating the omelette alone is enough to sustain you for a day. However, other food can also be eaten with it.
