This will show you how to create your own plastic lures, mold them to the shape you want and impress your fishing buddies!

You will need...
InstaMorph - http://amzn.com/B003QKLJKQ
Hooks - I used circle hooks
DOA Glass Rattles - if you want your lure to make some noise.
Screw Eyes - 1/2" or smaller
pot to boil water

Step 1: Boil Water

First thing you need to do is start boiling some water for your instMorph.

Step 2: Heat Thing Up

Once your water is boiling pour some InstaMorph into the hot water. I use about 1/4 cup.

You should see the white pellets turn clear and start sticking together.

Take a spoon and push the loose pellets into the clump of pellets and pull the clump out of the water.

Step 3: Make Your Lure

Take the clump of instMorph and mash it together with a spoon a few times. You should be able to pick it up and start molding it with your hands after about 10 seconds. But be careful it's hot.

Take your hook and eye screw and place it into the mold. Also a rattler if you have one.

At this point you can keep shaping your lure until you like how it looks. If it becomes hard to mold just toss it back into the hot water to loosen things up a bit.

Step 4: Go Fishing!

Thats it your ready to go fishing! You can always come back a reshape your lures by tossing it into some boiling water again.
