The water valve in our Dolce Gusto machine got broken, so the water couldn't flow to the machine. After locating the problem, I disassembled the machine, modeled replacement part and brought the machine back to life.

Step 1:

Get the model for replacement part from Printables.com and print it.

Because it will be in direct contact with the water that goes to your coffee, I recommend applying a food-safe finish.

Step 2:

Remove the water tank and unscrew 5 bolts from marked position. You can then remove the plastic back part.

Step 3:

Remove the black sealing ring and the broken part.

Replace it with the printed part and put it back. First the printed part, sealing ring after.

Step 4:

Put back the plactic back part and tighen with the 5 bolts.

Step 5:

Enjoy your coffee
