Toliet paper roll
Half metre of wire
Petrol
Lighter
Get the toliet paper roll and the wire, pass the wire through the hole and tie a knot so it stays on.

Dunk the toliet roll in petrol then light swing in a anti-clockwise direction, release at two o'clock. Warning do not throw at or near flammable objects also don't throw at people.
