Step 1: Draw

draw heart shapes on a sheet with ruler or compass then draw different type of lower designs in the heart shape.

now cut your design along the flowers petal with the safest way. make sure you hold the cutter in good way so that it couldn't harm you.

outline the sheet with sketch around the flower

paste these all sheet together but maintain the gap between them. by rolling a strip of paper into a circle like we do quilling.
