Introduction: Fried Apple Upside Down Cake
This cake is just like a pineapple upside down cake but because we had no pineapple we used apple instead and it tastes delicious.
Start by frying your apples in a fry pan. Melt the butter and put your sliced apples in the pan frying each side for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on both sides.
Once your apples are done you can start to make you cake. Start by blending the butter and sugar then add the rest of the ingredients from there. Place you apples in the bottom of a pan and pour your cake batter over top. Bake the cake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Let your cake cool before you flip it out of the pan then if you wish you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top for some extra flavor, then enjoy your cake

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)
2 large eggs
