Introduction: Fried Cabbage With Shrimp/sausage
This is a low-carb meal idea that will feel you up and also fit into your Keto-lifestyle!
Supplies
1head of cabbage
andouille sausage
cooked/raw shrimp
butter
red bell pepper
orange bell pepper
yellow onion
cajun seasoning
garlic powder
lemon pepper
all purpose seasoning
Step 1:
In a non-stick pan add your andouille sausage/ how ever much you like cook for 5 minutes
Step 2:
Season your shrimp with a teaspoon of each: lemon pepper, garlic powder,cajun seasoning and season all in a separate bowl
Step 3:
Remove andouille sausage and add your seasoned shrimp! Cook for about 5 minutes
Step 4:
Remove your shrimp and add your chopped onion and bell pepper! How ever much you would like! Cook for 5 minutes
Step 5:
Add your cleaned chopped cabbage on top with teaspoons of each seasoning! Lemon pepper,cajun seasoning, garlic powder and all purpose seasoning! Also add a tablespoon spoon of butter!
Step 6:
Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes medium heat!
Step 7:
Add in your sausage and shrimp and season to taste
Step 8:
Cook for about 5-10 more minutes and ready to serve!
