Fried Egg Sandwich

Today Travis and I  made a fried egg sandwich with sausage patties, bacon, and cheese on a toasted bun.

Step 1: Ingredients and Equipment

First get all the ingredients and equipment gathered and make sure everything is wiped down cleanly and ready to go.

Step 2: Cooking Safely

Then start preheating the oven for the bread to toast and start cooking the sausage, bacon, and eggs. When the oven is done preheating, let your bread toast for a couple of minutes or until lightly golden on top.

Step 3: Eating Something Yummy!

After toasting the bread, start putting the cooked food on the bun and eat is ready to eat. Make sure the hot grease is put away into a safe place.

Step 4: Eat Then Clean

 Finish eating and then start cleaning equipment and putting them back to there right destination. Also wipe off stove with stove cleaner and wipe down work table.

Step 5: Help Out Your Partner

Make sure your partners at your table need any help cleaning dishes or need a third hand.
