In this Instructable, I will show you how to play a small prank on your friends. This will make it to where your friend cannot click on anything on the screen. It's pretty basic; most already know how to do this. But, if you don't, read on to find out how to do this.

Step 1: Step 1: Print Scrn

First, close all of your open windows. If there are a lot of them open, then use Alt+F4 to close them all. Hit the Print Scrn button next to the F12 button to take a screenshot of the desktop.

Step 2: Step 2: MS Paint

Open MS Paint. Go to the edit tab on the toolbar. Click paste. The desktop image will be pasted on the screen. Click file+save as+whatever you want+enter.

Step 3: Step 3: Clear Desktop Icons!

Now, to save the icons, just cut+paste them into a folder in your My Documents folder. There should be no icons on the screen.

Step 4: Step 4: Background

Set the background as the file that you saved before in MS Paint. When you click on the "icons", nothing will happen! Voila!

Been doing this for a while. You can step it up with a right click on the screen and using the arrange icons menu to hide them instead. Also set the task bar to auto hide and move to the top or side. Gets them ever time...
