Fusion 360 Phone Case

How to make a phone case with design, on fusion 360.

Step 1: Step 1

Start by measuring the dimensions of your phone (in milometers). Make a basic sketch of the shape and size of your desired case's size. Make sure to sketch the camera whole and an offset rectangle for the thickness of the case you want.

Step 2: Step 2

extrude the whole rectangle up to match the height of your phone (add 2 mm for extra room).

Step 3: Step 3

use shell to push the inner box down the desired height.

Step 4: Step 4

First push down the section that will make the charger, headphone and speaker section. Then, sketch out the hole for your camera. Use extrude to cut the hole. ( if you have an Iphone, or phone with a design feature on the back,) measure the section and use extrude to cut the hole.

Step 5: Step 5

Go online and choose a design or picture to use as a canvas. Use this canvas and the spline tool, to trace the image on your phone, case. Extrude the image down About 1mm to make an indent in the case.
