Introduction: GF Cinnamon-Honey Pancakes

Tasty, sweet, fluffy! Super healthy and easy to make!

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 1 cup GF all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 1 cup whole or skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp softened salted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • powdered sugar (optional)

Step 2: Mix and Cook

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of flour, milk, and honey in medium bowl
  2. Whisk eggs, both sugars, baking soda and cinnamon
  3. Gradually whisk in milk mixture, if too hard add more milk 1 tsp at a time
  4. Cook until light brown or to taste
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar on tops
  6. Enjoy!
