Follow the video for full instructions! Grass jelly isn't really made from grass. It is made from herbs, grass jelly is the perfect healthy snack to eat on a hot summer day. It is usually served with simple syrup or with delicious bubble tea. In the video, I show how to make simple syrup and the jelly itself. As a warning the jelly has a bitter-tart taste, that is why it is suggested to eat with sugary things!
