Introduction: German Cheesecake Recipe



for the dough:

260g flour

100g butter

100g sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

3/4 pack baking powder

1 egg

for the filling:

500g lowfat curd

200ml sour cream

200ml cream

70g sugar

3 eggs

1 pack vanilla sugar

1 pack vanilla pudding powder

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Step 1: The Dough

Put the butter in a bowl and add sugar & vanilla sugar. Mix everything add one egg and mix it again. Now add flour & baking powder spoon by spoon. Knead the dough by hand for a minute.

Step 2: The Filling

Seperate three egggs and beat the protain stiff. Fill it into a bowl and put it in the fridge. Now beat the cream stiff. Give sugar, vanilla sugar & vanilla pudding powder in a bowl. Add the eggyolks and mix it. Add sour cream, lowfat curd & lemon sugar. Mix everything together. Add the cream & theprotain and mix it carefully.

Step 3: Finish

Butter an oven spring form and give a bit flour in it. Now place the dough in the spring form.Place the filling on the dough. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius top & buttom heat on the lower oven rail for about 50 to 60 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
