I saw this kinda thing at a store a long time ago, and Ive always wanted one!

Step 1: Globe

You will obviously need a globe. I used an old LeapFrog one, which wasn't to great because it had ugly lines inside. But it works.

Step 2: Lights...

You will need some white christmas string lights.

Put the lights in, starting with the end that does not plug in. keep going until their all inside except for the plug. :)

Tie a ribbon around a hot glue stick. (the stick has to be able to bend.)

Fold over the glue stick and push it into the top of the globe. Be sure to hold on to the ribbon.

Put a hook of some sort into the ceiling. :)

Hang it on the hook! Then you'll want an extension cord to plug into the bottom or else the lights will hang out the bottom.

Thats it! Plug it in and turn off all the other lights. :)
