Introduction: Glowing Skull Hat

In this Instructable I will show you how to create your own glowing skull hat. It's pretty easy, actually.

Tools Needed:

Dremmel  w/ diamond bit
Battery powered Christmas lights
Plastic skulls from hobby store
Two AA Batteries
Ribbon of your choice
A really cool hat
Safety pins
