Introduction: Gluten Free Pancakes
These are a great quick and easy breakfast for anyone who can't have gluten as part of their diet.
Step 1: Ingredients
125g of gluten free plain flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
150g milk
1 egg
Maple syrup or honey to taste
Step 2: Mix It Up
Start by mixing the flour and baking powder in a large bowl, then add your egg and the milk. Whisk it all up to form a nice batter (you can add blueberrys and raspberrys at this stage).
Step 3: Fry Them Up
Fry them in a frying pan for about 1.5 to 2 mins on each side, I use sunflower oil for this but butter or olive oil will work great.
Step 4: Serve
Finally serve them up, a splash of maple syrup or honey goes great with these.
