Introduction: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Carb Cookies
The best low-carb, gluten-free, and dairy-free cookies that will melt your heart
Supplies
1 whole egg
2 bananas
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of almond slices (blanched)
1 cup of collagen powder
2 tablespoons of psyllium husk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
optional toppig:
pecan nuts
chocolate chips
Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius/ 338 Farnheit
- Put peeled bananas and egg into a blender and zap till smooth
- Put the mixture in a big bowl and add all the dry ingredients, and mix very well
- Use a tablespoon to measure each cookie - simply transfer batter to a parchment paper baking sheet
- Now it's time for fun - if you want to top them with nuts/chocolate or any other yummy stuff you like
- Bake for 15-20 minutes - watch them closely - you want a slightly browned top
- Let them cool down on a rack completely before serving - they will harden up a bit - having perfect cookie texture
