Introduction: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Carb Cookies

The best low-carb, gluten-free, and dairy-free cookies that will melt your heart

Supplies

1 whole egg

2 bananas

2 cups of almond flour

1 cup of almond slices (blanched)

1 cup of collagen powder

2 tablespoons of psyllium husk

1 teaspoon of baking powder


optional toppig:

pecan nuts

chocolate chips

Step 1:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius/ 338 Farnheit
  2. Put peeled bananas and egg into a blender and zap till smooth
  3. Put the mixture in a big bowl and add all the dry ingredients, and mix very well
  4. Use a tablespoon to measure each cookie - simply transfer batter to a parchment paper baking sheet
  5. Now it's time for fun - if you want to top them with nuts/chocolate or any other yummy stuff you like
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes - watch them closely - you want a slightly browned top
  7. Let them cool down on a rack completely before serving - they will harden up a bit - having perfect cookie texture
