Do you need to feel good now? Do you need to feel good fast? Yes - me, too!

What I do on a daily basis is find and keep track of what makes me feel good.

What works for me? When I feel upset or sad, I turn to the following methods. Where did I learn these methods? From THE WEALTHY!

According to Kevin Tredeau in the audio “Your Wish Is Your Command”, there are some great tips the rich use to feel good fast. He learned this from being a member of THE BROTHERHOOD secret society.

1) Eat Good Food.
2) Walk Outside.
3) Do Vibrational Exercise.
4) Listen to Baroque Music.

Step 1: Eat Good Foods

The rich eat organic!

-> Fresh foods.
-> Organic foods.
-> No Genetacially Modified food.
-> Organically Grown Grains: Rice, Barley, Buckwheat, Oatmeal.
-> Meats: beef, chicken (organic).

Step 2: Walk - Get Some Sun!

Go for a walk outside!

The rich have done this for decades. Go ahead and listen to baroque classical music. I did a search on Pandora and created a baroque station. When I feel stressed or not motivated at work, I turn on the baroque station on Pandora.com - and it always helps.
