Introduction: HOW TO MAKE FLOUR FREE PROTEIN PANCAKES
This is an instructable for making a low calorie flour free protein pancakes. Although this recipe may sound a little odd, it is a whopping punch out of your protein, really easy macros for the day and it's also quite tasty! I recently got the idea from a friend and started making these myself. This recipe is great for body builders, athletes and any all around dieters. Anyone with the basic experience or knowledge of cooking and the use of a blender would make an easy cook for this meal.

Step 1: WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients:
Enough to make around 3-4 regular sized pancakes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp of butter or olive oil
- 1 Scoop of favorite protein powder (ex: ON Gold Standard Whey)
Materials:
- Blender
- Scoop (normally comes w/ purchased protein powders)
- Metal Spatula
- Non stick Pan
- Spoon
Step 2: PREPARATION OF MATERIALS & INGREDIENTS
1) Gather all of the materials and ingredients
2) Crack the eggs directly inside the blender or crack them in a separate bowl and pour.
3) Using the scoop add a full serving of whey protein and add the banana
4) Close the blender lid
5) Plug in blender plug into kitchen socket
6) Power on the blender and blend the ingredients for about 1 minute
7) Lay the nonstick pan on top of stove
8) Turn heat on between medium low
9) Wait about 6 minutes to warm
10) Using the spoon add tbsp choice of butter or pour in olive oil to pan
11) Spread the butter around so that it covers most of the pan
Step 3: COOKING
1) Take the blender top with ingredients in and pour batter to form whatever size pancake you like
(size big enough to fit around the pan recommended)
2) Cook the first side of the pancake
(takes about 2 minutes or sides start to lift and top starts to form bubbles)
3) Carefully flip the pancake using the spatula to cook the other side
(takes about another 2 minutes or until brown on bottom)
4) Remove the pancake once the bottom browns up
(color of pancake may depend on type of whey used)
5) Throw the finished pancakes on a plate and it's ready to be served!
6) Repeat steps 1-5 as needed to use up all the batter
(Add more butter if needed)
