Introduction: HOW TO PEEL GARLIC QUICKLY!!
To all the cooks out there that love to cook with fresh garlic but HATE the tedious process of peeling it, here is a FABULOUS way to peel an entire head of garlic in 20 seconds! Yes. TWENTY. SECONDS. Yep, I know, I didn't believe it either, so when I saw the video about peeling garlic in 20 seconds on YouTube done by Chef John of Food Wishes, I went right into my kitchen and tried it. IT WORKED!! So, rather than just repost his video (which was very nicely done), I thought I would post pictures of the steps and equipment I used. I hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Items Needed: a Head of Garlic and Small Sauce Pot.
Step 2: Break Apart Head of Garlic. I Discard the Root End.
Step 3: Put Separated Cloves in Sauce Pot.
Step 4: Put Lid on Pot.
Step 5: Using Both Hands, Shake Pot Vigorously Up and Down for 20 Seconds.
Step 6: This Is After Just 10 Seconds of Shaking.
Step 7: Enjoy Your Peeled Garlic!
