jeans (or other pants)
smartys about 18 (9 for each leg)
clear tape.

Step 2: Put on the Smartys

Hey the tape and put the tape one each smarty and the put them on the pants. you can put the on the back to but I did not.

Step 3: Put on Your Smarty Pants

now put them on and go trick or treating. Have fun.
