How to make and decorate 4 different Halloween Monster Cupcakes

Step 1: Baking

Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees

Try to have all the ingredients at room temperature

In Bowl 1 ...

Sift then measure 3 1/2 cups of Cake Flour

Resift twice with 4 teaspoons of Baking Powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of Salt

In Bowl 2 (make sure it's big) ...

Cream well 1 cup of Butter

Slowly add 2 cups of sifted Powdered Sugar

7 Eggs or 8 Egg whites whipped

Add Bowl 1 in 3 parts, to Bowl 2 , alternately with 1 cup of Milk

Stir until smooth then add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla or 1/4 Almond Extract

Step 2: Frosting

Removing the desired amounts into 3 separate bowls

Add butter milk or milk, and stir until you get a desired texture (soft/not runny)

Then add gel food coloring of the desired color (in this case green, purple, white 'not necessary ') to each separate bowl

Then place each into separate frosting bags with the respective tips (in this case simple for white, star for purple, and leaf tip for green)
