Change the circumference into the length. Draw the shape on the paper. Then cut it out with scissors. Put the lid on the paperboard. Draw an ellipse along the shape of the lid, and cut it. Cut a piece of felt bigger than the ellipse, and cut a long felt to cover the long paperboard with glue.
