Introduction: Hard Boiled Eggs
Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs every time just follow these easy steps. Hard boiled eggs are supper healthy, easy to make, and a great snack or meal. Hard boiled eggs will last about 3 weeks in the fridge. Make a dozen and keep them in the fridge, there a great on the go healthy snack. You can make deviled eggs, egg salad or sandwiches.This will take about 15 minutes, and you will need some eggs, a pan, and some water.
Step 1: Hard Boiled Eggs - Step 1
Put your eggs in the pan, fill with hot water, about a half and inch above the eggs. Then put on medium high, and a lid or cover on it.
Step 2: Hard Boiled Eggs - 2
Watch the pan, and when the water starts boiling, set the timer for 8 minutes. You can add a pinch of salt, to help the water boil a little faster.
Step 3: Hard Boiled Eggs - 3
Your Hard Boiled Eggs are almost done, turn off the heat and carefully remove the lid. Carefully put the pan in the stink. Turn the water on a little, on cold and let it fill the pan. After 1 minute turn the water higher on cold, continue letting the water fill the pan to cool the eggs. Do this for 3 or 4 minutes. You can also add ice to the pan, You want to cool the eggs fast so they don't stick to the shells.
Step 4: Hard Boiled Eggs - 4
Once the eggs have cooled for a few minutes under the water, they are ready to eat. You can label them with a marker or pencil. Put them back in the carton in the fridge, the will last about 3 weeks.
