Step 1: What You Need.
easily found:
1 human fist (preferably your own)
3 coins
1 human fist (preferably your own)
3 coins
Step 2: Doing It
place 1 coin on your palm below index and middle finger
place other coins through the spaces between middle and index, middle and one
next to pinky.
NOTE:
Any damage you do with this is in no way linked to me and i only suggested the possibilty.
I have seen this done and a coin get lodged in someones face. BE CAREFUL.
"coughs only hit in stomach back and maybe chest.
Do not attempt while drunk
