Step 10: Why Is This Meal Healthy for People of Age 13?

This meal would suit both genders of age 13 even when they are not active since the total calories are 1350. Their maximum intake of calories is 1,600. Since 1350 is the total calories for 4 wraps, 675 would be the total for 2 wraps, which is a good number considering this would only be 1 out of 3 meals for a day.
