Introduction: Heart Chocolate PIE

A chocolate pie

Step 1: Heart Choccolate PIE

You'll need 8 Person to eat the pie and 26 cm mold

300g dark chocolate

250g butter + butter for the mold

175g cane sugar

5 eggs

2 tablespoons of flour plus flour for the pie mold

100g hazelnuts

a hint of salt

to decorate:

two tablespoons of icing sugar

Step 2: Chocolate Preparation

Pours water into a pot and brings to a boil. Take 300 of dark chocolate and put it in a glass bowl and place it on the pot with boiling water

Step 3: Chocolate and Butter

Add butter pieces in the glass bowl with chocolate. Mix butter and chocolate until you get a smooth cream.

Step 4: Egg and Egg Whites

Take 5 eggs and separate egg white and yolk and collect them in two bowls. Whip the egg whites, until to get a foam (like snow)

Step 5: Yolk and Flour

Whisk the yolks togheter with sugar in a bowl until to get a smooth cream then add flour and continue to whisk to obtain a smooth cream

Step 6: Add Chocolate and Egg

Merge worked egg yolks with chocolate. Finally add the beaten egg whites by stirring from bottom to top without disassembling the mixture

Step 7: Cook It

Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour, pour the cream obtained. Put hazelnuts on the suface as you prefer (if you want you can put hazelnuts also on bottom of the pan before to pour cream). Take another baking tray an put in it water and your pie (see picture).Than put in the oven and cook a 180 C for 30 minutes. Before to take off allow your pie to cool, lay down on a plate and coat with icing sugar
