Introduction: Heart Stew
Cook a tasty chicken heart stew with some pasta.
- chicken heart
- spices: salt, pepper, grinded red paprika
- red paprika paste
Step 1: The Stew
Slice and dice the onion.
On hot oil fry the onion till it gets a bit a bit orange color.
Mix in the ground red paprika.
Put the washed hearts into the pan.
Add some water to cover it.
Put all the spices you need, my recipe is pepper, paprika paste and the special Hungarian spice mix (vegeta).
Boil until the meat gets soft enough. If the water is boiled, but you feel it is not ready then replenish the water and boil it for some time.
Step 2: Pasta
Boil some water and put the pasta in it, fusilli is fine.
