You need a basic understanding of tinkercad and a tinkercad account

Step 1: Step 1

Grab heart size it to 62.07 width and 57 length

Step 2: Step 2

add a heart make it a hole and size it to 49.66 width and 45.6 length

Step 3: STEP 3

align them and lift it up 5

Step 4: Step 4

group the hole and the heart click the workplane button and put it in the middle of the heart then add the words in 3 DIFFERENT text boxes that say happy valentines day

Step 5: Step 5

group the numbers and shrink them to 41.25 width 25.95 length and 5 height align all of them to be right in the center and group it all together
