Hollow Knight Cosplay - Helmet & Nail Template

Hey everyone,

I've received many requests to share the templates for my Hollow Knight cosplay, so here they are! I won’t go into detail about every step, as the process is similar to any other EVA foam build. Have fun, and good luck!

Supplies

Step 1:

I printed out the templates, cut them out, and then transferred them onto EVA foam.

Step 2:

The template is for one side of the helmet, so you'll need to flip the pieces and cut the inverted ones. Also, the template does not include horns, so you’ll need to cut them out yourself by hand. And for the nail - it's a quater of nail, so you need to cut it 4 times. You’ll also need to find a shaft for it - I used a stick I found at a hardware store.

Step 3:

Then, glue everything together. I used hot glue for this.

Step 4:

Then, I painted everything white with several layers.

Step 5:

For the eyes, I used fabric from an old sports t-shirt that resembled mesh.

Step 6:

I also made a cape from old bed sheets. And here’s the complete look.
