Introduction: Holly Green Guacomole!

Step 1: Gather Guac Ingredients
2 Avocados
Lime Juice
Salt
Garlic
Optional:
Diced Tomato
Onion Flakes

Step 2: Prep Avacados
Cut avocados in half length wise.
Remove pits and set aside.
Use knife and cut slits in avocado vertically and horizontally, don't cut through skin.
Scoop out avocado meat with spoon.

Step 3: Add Some Flava!
Add salt to taste. And Yes, I melted my salt shaker to improve flavor..
Add lime juice to taste, fresh or concentrated.
Add garlic to taste.

Add onion flakes to taste, I was out :(

Step 4: Monster Mash
I am mashing with a pastry cutter with works wonderfully.
You can also mash with fork, spoon, potato masher or fingers.
Once you've completed mashing, add avocado pits. They keep the guacamole from turning brown as fast!

Step 5: Enjoy!
There you have it! Some gooey, green, just darn good guacamole!!
