Introduction: Homemade Bread

Ingredients:

500g strong white flour , plus extra for dusting
2 tsp salt
7g sachet fast-action yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
300ml water

Step 1:

Mix the ingredients together

Step 2:

Knead the mixture into a ball and let this rise overnight.

Keeping this in the fridge enhances the taste.

Step 3:

Once this has risen, knead again for a few minutes and dust with flour.

Put this in the oven at Gas Mark 7/200C for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4:
