Introduction: Homemade Carmel [Insanely Easy]
In this instructible I will show you how to make homemade Carmel
Step 1: Ingredients
Eagle brand condensed milk, a pot, water, a stove and 3 hours. That's all that you need
Step 2: Set Up
Place the unopened can of Eagle Brand in a pot.
Step 3: Add Water
Add enough water to cover the can by 2 inches.
Step 4: Cook It
Put it on the stove at mid-hi heat
Step 5: Wait
Wait 3 hours checking it every 30 mins
Step 6: Open Up
That's it open up for some delicious Carmel.

Actually no. I've done the same thing several times in a crock pot. It's the same process essentially, only instead of 3 hours on medium/hi heat, you cook it for 8 hours on low. Then wait for it to cool, open and enjoy. There is no build-up of pressure, it simply caramelizes the sweetened condensed milk.
