Introduction: Simple Homemade Non-dairy Raw Cashew Nut Milk.

Delicious non-dairy raw creamy cashew milk.. It's easy to make, delicious, and best of all, totally healthy!

Step 1: Method:


1 cup cashews nut, soaked.
3 - 4 cups water
1 - 2 Tbsp raw honey
pinch of salt
Cinnamon (Optional)



1. Soak the nuts for 2 - 4 hours.
2. Add the soaked nuts, water, and salt to a blender / slow juicer.
3. Blend for at least a minute.

*Add more water if necessary.
a. Keep the water to 2 cups for 1 cup of nuts if make creamier milk.
b. If blender can't totally break down the nuts, you can strain the milk through a fine mesh strainer.
