Introduction: Honey Lime Chicken
This recipe is for a tasty and tangy honey lime marinade that goes great on chicken! Very easy to make and uses ingredients most of us already have.
Step 1: BoM
Chicken
1/2 cup lime juice
3/4-1 cup honey
3 tbs soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 minced garlic cloves
1-2 tbs olive oil
Step 2: Chicken
Clean chicken and set aside. I used a little over 2lbs of chicken breast and cut them into smaller chunks so they'll look quicker.
Step 3: Marinade
Mix honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, oil, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour 2/3 of the marinade over the chicken and reserve the rest. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, the longer the better.
Step 4: Grill
Throw your chicken on your pre-started grille and cook until the juices run clear.

They are really inexpensive and go on sale all the time, I think we paid $10 for one of them. Check out www.worldmarket.com

I would remove the honey from the marinade and create a sauce to put on once the chicken is almost cooked. Honey from the start almost certainly ensure burnt outside.

It's a little terra cotta pig grille I got at World Market. I actually have two. They're very small, but work really well. They're adorable too :) One of my other instructables (I think the Guerilla Cooking one) has a link for them.
