Step 1: Gather Materials

1) You will need a plate

  • Do no use a breakable plate when your first starting out as it will more then likely break

Step 2: Defy Gravity

1) Pick up the plate

2) Hold the plate in one hand with your palm up and the bottom of the plate resting on the palm of your hand

3) Quickly flip your hand upside down and then upright again making sure that as you flip your hand the plate does not land on the floor
