What I want to know about is the Box for a Dryer vent? When you pulled the Dyrer out from the wall, there was no Flex Vent Tube. I assume the hot air is vented to the outside somehow, but with no Flex Vent Tube, doesn't lint blow all inside your laundry room???
It couldn't be that tight of a connection, the way you just pulled it away from the wall...

My dryer vent hole in the wall was two inches below the vent hole on the back of the dryer, so I made that box with offset holes to line them up. There is a small, 3-inch, section of vent pipe, I did not show in the video, that connects the back of the dryer and sticks into the front of the box. The pipe in the wall sticks into the back of the box. No flex pipe and it works great!

Nice! It's got me thinking of some new ways to route mine. :) I hate the Flex Tube. Just seems to bunch up behind the dryer, not very efficient.

Yes, flex dryer pipe has always frustrated me. The box works very well.
