How to Make a Glow-In-The-Dark/Light Up Rocket

In this instructable I will show you how to make a light up rocket for night launches. It also helps you find it after i has been launched.

Step 1: Materials Needed:

You will need:
A rocket with a big cone
A light up candle
x-acto knife
strong wire cutters
hot-glue gun

optional:
glowsticks

Step 2: Break Open the Candle

First you are going to want to remove the fake flame that covers the led inside. Then you are going to break of the plastic cover so you expose the electronics inside. Now move on to step 3

Step 3: Fit the Light Into the Nose Cone

Now trim the sides of the candles base so it fits snug in the nose cone

Step 4: Hot Glue

Now all thats left is to glue the candle base into the nose cone

Step 5: Finished

Done.
