Intro: How to Make a Light for Your Glovebox at Night

This instructable will show you have to make this cool little three bulb light for your glove box at nite! It is very bright and easy to make with limited tools. Please vote for this instructable at the top of the page if you'll like it. Thanks!

STEP 1: Getting Materials!

Soldering gun/pen
Tape
Tube (you could use a toilet paper tube)
Two wire strips (about 5" long)
Soda tab
Christmas lights
Drill or knife
Wire strippers

STEP 2: Making the Holes

Make three holes in the tube for the lights to go through. You can use a drill or a knife. Mine are an inch apart. It's up to you how far apart you want them.

STEP 3: Solder the Wires Together

Only solder at the yellow highlights where there are arrows.

STEP 4: Put It All Together

Put all of the bulbs in the holes you make and thread the two in soldered wires through to smaller a holes to make a switch.

Yes you could just use a flashlight however a flashlight focussed on a small spot. This eluminates the entire glovebox.

I have a similar device in my own glovebox. I believe it's called a "flashlight".
