Guacamole, a staple for any party or taco time, is easy to make and even easier to eat.

Step 1: Assmeble Ingredients

Place meat of three avocados in a bowl. Click here for my instructable on peeling an avocadoinstructable on peeling an avocado.

dice:
1 tomato (remove seeds and liquid center if you don't want your guac to get all liquidy)
2 - 3 green onions
1 small jalapeno (remove seeds! or your mouth will be burnin)
handful of cilantro

Place chopped ingredients in bowl and add:
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

I also had some corn laying around, so I cut it from the husk and threw it in.

Step 2: Mash It Up!

Mash up the ingredients. I find a potato masher works best, but using large spoon or fork will work too!

Step 3: Flavor the Guacamole

I like to flavor the Guac after mixing. This way, lightly mix in flavors and directly taste how the flavors are mixing.

Using a reamer (a fork works too), add the juice of 1 or 2 limes depending on how much acidity you like. I like a lot so I always add at least 2. Then add pepper to taste.

Mix and taste again. If you need to add any salt or more lime, do it. Maybe you need some hot sauce, do it. Perhaps it needs a bit more onion or cilantro. Trust your own judgment and taste your way.

Step 4: EAT IT!

Take a chip. Dip it. Eat it. Yum.
