Introduction: How to Preserve Your Own Parsley
Saying as its harvest season
I thought I might show you how to preserve your crops.
At the moment I only know how to preserve parsley.
Please enjoy
Step 1: What You Will Need
1.a small plastic bag
2.parsely that you want to preserve
3.olive oil
4.a knife
Step 2: Getting Started
First get your parsley and finely chop it,
Then get your bag and place them in it
Step 3: Halfway Through
Now pour a drop of olive oil into the bag with
The parsley in it, and then tie the bag up
Step 4: Finished
Once you're done, place it in a freezer and leave until you want to use it.
By then it would have fully preserved and ready to use in your cooking

Anyway there may be other ways to preserve it
But I'm just showing you one way at the moment

Just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds

You can freeze it direct from the plant BUT it will be crumbly when you take it out and somewhat sludgy when defrosted - This may not make a lot of difference if your putting it in something rather then fro decoration.
Drying is by far the most usual and easiest to manage with almost all herbs. I prefer to put in a paper bag and leave in the siring cupboard for a few weeks.

With herbs it easier to hang them to dry, and then either freeze or bottle.
