Introduction: How to Assemble Creality 3D CR-10S Pro 3D Printer?

In this instructable, we will learn how to install a Creality CR-10 S5 3D printer . It took around 20-25 minutes to assemble the 3D printer. It came in a carton where each and every part of it was fully covered.

Step 1: Step 1: Open the Box and Put All Parts Which Need to Assemble in One Line.

Open the box and take the tools. In this package, you will get a printing machine of a color which you have ordered with an extruder, Nozzle, Filament, USB cables, etc. You have to open them all and put in one row to assemble.

Step 2: Step 2:- Mount the Gantry to the Base of the Machine.

Well, generally whenever you will get the machine that will be either semi-assembled or not assembled.

I got a machine which was semi-assembled. Next step after taking out all the parts I mounted the gantry to the base of the machine, here I fasten all four M5 x 45 screws under the machine.

Step 3: Step 3 :- Insert the Cable and Install the Rack

Further, you need to insert the cable that is connected between the base and the printer. After that, you need to install the rack, as the rack is assembled you have to put the assembled rack above the machine and lock it with screws. And then your installation is complete.
