The Soldering Practice Kits are used to installed to an electronic transparent stereo speaker with high-power speakers, colorful LED flashing lights and transparent Acrylic shell. It will be an unique and thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys the music.


Supplies

【Functions & Features】: Two 53W 4ohm Speakers can be place separately with distance reach to 70cm. 5pcs blue LED turn on and off with the melody of music. Work with any devices with 3.5mm audio out.

All the components are "through hole", you only need to solder the Led flashing light kit, connect the wires, and assemble the shell, this kit is a great way to learn soldering. But please be patient to install the acrylic shell, it maybe takes several minutes.

Build your own speaker by yourself, a cool and challenging project enough to be fun. Let's do it!

Step 1: Install 1pcs SMD SOP-8 SC8002B Amplifier

User needs to prepare the welding tool at first.

1.1>.Soldering iron (<50 Watt)

1.2>.Rosin core ("radio") solder

1.3>.Wire cutters

1.4>.Wire strippers

1.5>.Philips screwdriver

Step 2: Choose Pin1 Pad Which Has Been Indicated by Arrow on the PCB, and Then Melt the Solder on This Pad.

Step 3: Fix SC8002B

Step 4: Connect Others Pads on SC8002B to Pads on PCB by Tin and Soldering Iron.

Step 5: Install 1pcs 330ohm Metal Film Resistor & 2pcs 10Kohm Metal Film Resistor

Step 6: Install 1pcs 24Kohm Metal Film Resistor

Step 7: Install 1pcs SIP9 KA2284 LED Driver

Step 8: Install 1pcs 470uF Electrolytic Capacitor & 2pcs 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor

Step 9: Install 2pcs 1uF Electrolytic Capacitor & 1pcs 50Kohm 503 Potentiometer at RP1 and 10Kohm 103 at RP2

Step 10: Identify the Positive(anode) and Negative(cathode) Lead of LED

Step 11: Install 3pcs 5mm Green LED at D1-D3, Yellow LED at D4 and Red LED at D5

Step 12: Description and Wiring Diagram

Step 13: Connect 1pcs 110cm AUX 3Pin Audio Wire to P2

Step 14: Install 1pcs 10cm Red/Black Speaker Wire to 4ohm 3W Speaker

Step 15: Connect Speaker to PCB at P3

Step 16: Connect 1pcs 70cm USB Power Wire to PCB at P1 & Two PCB by 1pcs 70cm 4Pin Audio Wire on P1,P2 at 4pad : ‘+5V’ ‘GND’ ‘IN+’ and ‘IN-’

Step 17: Est and Adjust Volume and Adjust Sensitivity

Step 18: Fix 4pcs M3*5+6mm Nylon Column Screw on PCB by 4pcs M3 Nut

Step 19: Tear Off the Protective Film on the Surface of Acrylic Board.

Step 20: Fix PCB on One Acrylic Board by 4pcs M3*5mm Screw

Step 21: Fix 4ohm 3W Speaker on Other Acrylic Board by 4pcs M3*6mm Screw and 4pcs M3 Nut.

Step 22: Fix Anther Acrylic Board by 8pcs M2*10mm Screw 8pcs M2 Nut.
