Woodworking junkie here - Not a real Junkie! I wanted to post a video on my cross cut sled. All you can say about a cross cut sled is NO SHOP IS COMPLETE WITHOUT ONE! They are great for making small square cuts in a safe way and thats just the beginning. Watch the video to learn how to make a basic yet great looking sled.

I made the sled from pine and both fences from oak. finished with wax and polyurethane.
