first open your browser and go to this website: https://www.cursor.cc/

Step 2: Picture

find online a picture that you want as your cursor

Step 3: Ideas

go to a new tab and search cursor(sword/rainbow)

Step 4: How to Copy Paste

now go back to the program

Step 6: Edit

edit how you want.

Step 7: Settings

go to your settings
