1. Press the Menu Button on your is-240/280 franking machine.
2. Toggle to the Cartridge header.
3. Now Press OK.
4. From here just go to Headset Replacement.
5. Again press OK.
6. Now, on your is240 smart franking machine just Pull down the front flap and open up the blue catch.
7. From here just Remove the existing autostamp 2 cartridge.
8. Take off the protective strip on your new cartridge.
9. Insert the is-240 / is-280 ink cartridge replacement and close the blue flap.
10. Click it into place and press OK.
11. Click the Home Button to go to the main menu.
