Introduction: How to Crochet a Star (6)

Good morning!

My name is Edgar(a.k.a. Garo) and i'm very happy because you're here! =)

In today's tutorial i want to demonstrate how to crochet a very original Star, which is perfect to use as a keychain (in fact we use a keyring to make it LOL), earrings, to decorate other projects and more!!

The best part is that the intructions are super easy to follow and in a couple of minutes you'll have a gorgeous Star made by you... so let's begin! ^^

-= MATERIALS =-

* Yarn or Thread(your favorite, but yellow is recommended =P)

* Crochet Hook (according to your yarn or thread)

* Keyring(with a diameter of 2.5cm)

* Tapestry needle(pointless) (to finish off)

Step 1: Row 1 (I)

Slip knot. Join the slip knot and the key ring with a slip stitch.

Step 2: Row 1 (II)

Chain 1, work 25 single crochet in the key ring. Finish the row with a slip stitch.

Step 3: Row 2

*Chain 5, skip 4 stitches and make a slip stitch in the fifth stitch*. Repeat from * to * 4 more times.

Step 4: Row 3

*Slip stitch in the nearest chain 5 space, chain 1, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, double treble crochet, chain 1, double treble crochet, double crochet, half double crochet and single crochet*. Repeat from * to * 4 more times. Finish off.
