Introduction: How to Do a Gymnastics Split

You will learn how to do the splits in this instructible

Step 1: Lunge

Put your knee on the floor and put your legs at a ninety degree angle, like in the picture

Step 2: Straight Knee

Now straighten out your front knee.

Step 3:

Now start to straighten out your back leg.

Step 4: Splits!

If you can’t go all the way down, it is totally okay. Just try your best every day. If you can, you are very flexible. Please like my project. I tried very hard. Thank you!
