Introduction: How to Know Your IP

About: Hi, I'm a student who likes doing random projects! I'm interested in cooking, HTML, and technology. I also love listening to music and downloading millions of PDFS of stuff on here.

This is a simple configuration tool done via Command on Windows

All you need is a computer with Command on it.

Open up the start menu and type in "cmd" and press enter

Then, a fancy-techy looking window will open up with a bunch of code.

It will be waiting for a command so type in "ipconfig" (no quotes)

A bunch of text will appear but the only important part to you is the "IPv4" address, or your IP

Those numbers can sometimes change so always be updated on it!

And remember, keep your IP personal and don't share it with anyone, only verified tech support!

Thanks for reading!
