today you are going to learn how to make a chocolate strawberry smoothie!!!
Supplies
the list of ingredients you need are: chocolate whey protein powder, chia seeds, a chocolate protein drink of your choice, almond or dairy milk, vital protein collagen peptides(unflavored), granola, vanilla or banana flavored oikos yogurt, some ice, and last but not least the strawberries!
Step 1: Prep Time!
first gather all the ingredients together.
Step 2: Where to Put It
also gather your blender and a cup or bottle to put it in.
Step 3: Add Protein Shake
first up pour in your protein shake.
Step 4: Add Milk
second add your milk(dairy for extra protein) an fill to half over the max fill line
Step 5: Add Chia Seeds
third step add your chia seeds
Step 6: Add Collagen Peptides
fourth add your vital protein collagen peptides.
Step 7: Add Protein Powder

once everything is put together stir so its doesn't burn up the motor and hit pulse for 3 seconds 4-5 times

once you've blended the ingredients a bit you can store some of it in an extra cup if there is too much just put in some ice and blend it again later

lastly put in a handful of ice cubes and hold on smoothie for 15 seconds
